Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we don’t currently have the option for orders to be picked up however we do offer express shipping to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Can I return a product for a change of mind?
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, especially for products that are consumed orally due to health regulations.

What is DHM?
Dihydromyricetin (DHM) is a flavonoid, a type of antioxidant found in certain plants, including grapefruits and pomeloes. It has been studied for its potential health benefits, including its effects on alcohol-induced liver damage and hangover symptoms.
What is TGA and ARTG?
In Australia we have The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) which is a government body that assesses all medicinal products for their safety, quality and effectiveness. Each indication and ingredient is independently reviewed by a regulatory agent.
ARTG stands for Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It is a database maintained by the TGA that contains information about all therapeutic goods approved for sale in Australia. This includes the product name, active ingredients, dosage, and indications for use.

Are hangover supplements safe to use?
