At Next Day Bestie we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes things may not go according to plan, and this policy outlines our returns process.
General Returns Policy
Change of Mind: We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, especially for products that are consumed orally due to health regulations. Once a product has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee its condition or the way it has been stored.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items: If your order contains incorrect or missing items, please contact our customer service team. We will rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Consumer Law Rights
Please note that under Australian Consumer Law, you may have certain rights to return faulty or defective goods, even if they are consumed orally. If you believe that a product you have purchased from us is faulty or defective, please contact our customer service team.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How to Return a Product
If you are eligible to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Email us at sales@nextdaybestie.com.au to request a return authorisation number (RA).
Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 252, Hurstville NSW 1481.
Include Return Authorisation: Include the RA number in your package.
Send the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect item, a shipping label will be provided.
